September 2026 Outage

Service Restoration Update

We continue to make progress in restoring services following the outage impacting our core banking provider.

Our provider has begun restoring systems in phases, and we are pleased to share that debit card transactions are processing and payroll direct deposits have begun posting to member accounts. Please note that payroll deposits are being processed individually, which means not all deposits will appear at the same time. If you are expecting a payroll deposit and do not yet see it reflected, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.

Recovery efforts remain ongoing, and services will continue to be brought back online only after they have been fully restored and validated to ensure the integrity of member data and transactions.

At this time, we do not have an estimated time for full restoration of all services. Some systems may remain unavailable while recovery work continues.

The outage was caused by a hardware failure within our provider's infrastructure. There is no indication of a data breach, cyberattack, or compromise of member information.

We understand how disruptive this situation has been and sincerely appreciate the patience and support our members have shown throughout the recovery process. We remain committed to providing updates as new information becomes available.
