Audio Response Telephone Banking

Access your account information any time from your mobile device.

  • Call (716)665-7000 and Press 1 for the automated system.
  • For Transfers, Press 01
  • For Balance Inquiries, Press 02
  • For Checking Menu, Press 03
  • For Transaction-History Menu, Press 04
  • For Prior Year Dividends & Interest, Press 05
  • To Change Your Phone Access PIN, Press 07

Enter your member number and PIN (the initial PIN is the last four digits of your SS#; we encourage you to change this in the Member Services Option.)

Balance Inquiries:
This will allow you to check your balance on each account.

Checking Menu:
This will allow you to Review checks that have cleared your account.

Transaction History Menu:
This will allow you to Review the most recent transaction on your account.

Dividend and Interest Menu:
This Allows you to review dividends and interest acquired on your account for prior year

Phone Access PIN:
This will allow you to change your 4 digit pin that is required to use the audio response telephone banking.
